As a leading charity supporting people with drug, alcohol, and mental health challenges, we operate over 80 services across England and Scotland, providing free and confidential support to more than 100,000 people each year. We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service that works with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people.

Successful candidates will work as part of the adult community team, alongside in-house services that include outreach, hospital, clinical, criminal justice, and a residential rehabilitation facility. You will work across the North and East of Cornwall and your office base will be in the centre of Liskeard. A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential for this position and you would need to ensure business use is added to your insurance policy.

This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they are always treated with respect and dignity.

Responsibilities
  • Provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery.
  • Manage an active caseload and connect quickly with clients, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
