We are seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to support clients in reducing drug and alcohol related harm, including promoting safer drug use practices and working with individuals most at risk.
The role is a full‑time, fixed‑term contract until August 2027, based in Fife, Scotland. The starting salary is £28,325 per annum and will increase annually in line with our pay scale to a maximum of £32,960 per annum.
Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality training to clients, partner agencies and other professionals on harm reduction and use of Naloxone.
- Build strong relationships with local organisations, community groups and statutory services.
- Help raise the profile and reputation of the service and work as part of a wider team delivering a strong message of harm reduction across the area.
- Provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination and intervention delivery.
- Connect quickly with clients and partner agencies, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity.
- Support frontline service delivery and assist with service development where required.
- SVQ level 3 or 4, or equivalent HNC/HNC degree in social care or a relevant field.
- Experience working in a health, social care or related setting.
- Experience of responsibility for supporting others and their learning.
- Experience of being involved with or leading on service development.
- Knowledge and understanding of delivering evidence‑based interventions.
- Experience delivering group work and training, specifically in outreach and community settings.
- Knowledge of health and safety, including assessing clients in high‑risk situations.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Resilient under pressure and able to prioritise work.
- Comfortable using IT and digital media.
- Flexible with working hours on occasion and willing to support other With You locations when needed.
