We are recruiting for a Data Officer, to join us as a key member of our team at HMP Lincoln. We are excited to hear from candidates who can enable the effective use of data at WithYou, supporting HMP Lincoln to meet regulatory and contractual reporting requirements. This is a full time and permanent role working on site, with a starting salary of £24,570.
WithYou is a drug, alcohol and mental health charity employing over 1,600 staff. With over 80 services across England and Scotland, we provide support and advice without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year.
About the Role
At WithYou, we work with people on their own goals, whether that’s staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that’s right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Collecting and collating information to produce required reports for the service
- Developing and maintaining the Data Management system in the service
- Recording and maintaining client statistics/data/case notes using the electronic client management systems in accordance
- Ensuring that data monitoring is available and demonstrates the benefits and impact of the work of the contracts within the sector
- Ensuring timely responses to data information requests and needs as appropriate and in line with commissioner/funders requirements
