Main duties of the job:

  • Join us as a Finance Business Partner, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate.
  • Lead regional financial strategy, acting as a senior advisor to operational and clinical leaders, proactively influencing key decisions and leading regional financial performance.
  • Combine hands-on financial management with strategic business partnering, requiring a blend of technical accuracy, commercial insight and stakeholder influence.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting, support resource planning and help drive financial sustainability across the organisation.

This is a fixed term contract, until September 2027. The salary is £56,650. You will be working on a full time basis from home but hybrid working from our Head Office in London is possible if desired.

Qualifications:

  • Being part-qualified with a Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) professional institute (ACA, ACA, ACMA) or fully qualified with Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) NVQ/SVQ Level 4.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to present complex financial issues to non-financial audiences.
  • The ability to work under pressure and act on your own initiative.
