Main duties of the job:
- Design and deliver learning, content, workshops and resources in line with agreed curriculum and frameworks for key cohorts of staff to support delivery of the organisational strategy.
- Provide wrap around support for learners engaging with internal and external learning initiatives, supporting the end-to-end learner journey.
This role is full time and permanent, with a salary of up to £37,000. This is a homebased role that requires regular travel across England. While national travel may be needed to deliver in-person training, the primary focus will be on locations within the South of England, therefore living in the South is preferable. Applicants must be able to work flexibly, including during evenings and other unsociable hours, as required by the needs of the role.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of facilitating and delivering learning content sessions/workshops/training and one to one support.
- Experience of creating sustainable blended learning content and working with peers, stakeholders and subject matter experts in line with agreed curriculum priorities.
- Previous experience of working within the charity sector and/or experience of supporting people with drug, alcohol and mental health challenges would be advantageous, but not essential.

Qualifications:
We are looking for positive and motivated candidates, who have both strong communication skills and excellent presentation and facilitation skills. We'd be excited to see evidence of the following in your application:
