We're hiring: Senior Graphic Designer (Full time, permanent - remote, UK based)

We Are Thrive is a creative marketing agency working with ambitious B2B and B2C brands across a range of industries, in the UK and internationally.
We're growing - and we're looking for a senior designer to lead brand and design work across our client base. Someone we can build with long-term.

The work:
→ Brand identities, logo systems, and visual languages
→ Brand guidelines and style documentation
→ Social-first design and paid ad creative
→ Marketing collateral - packaging, print, decks, launch assets
→ Typography-led layouts, and motion where it adds value

You'll be a great fit if you:
→ Have a minimum of 5+ years designing brands for real clients with real stakes
→ Have a portfolio that shows range, restraint, and a strong point of view
→ Live and breathe typography, layout, and brand systems thinking
→ Are fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite - this is a must - we're not looking for Canva creatives, we're looking for an Adobe wizz
→ Read a brief properly and deliver exactly what's been asked for
→ Communicate clearly and proactively - you flag problems early, not after the deadline
→ Work independently, ask the right questions, and come back with something considered

The setup:
Permanent, full time PAYE role. 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, fully remote within the UK (this is a must). 28 days holiday including bank holidays, workplace pension, and all software covered. Competitive salary, dependent on experience.
This is a dedicated role - it can't be combined with significant freelance commitments.
