We are seeking a Quantitative Research Manager to support the design, execution, and delivery of high-quality quantitative research projects. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytically rigorous and creatively curious; someone who can turn data into compelling stories that drive strategic decisions. You’ll be joining a team of deep thinkers, passionate about brands and their impact in the world, with a love for telling human stories and play a key role in supporting quantitative projects and helping our clients truly understand their audiences. This role is ideal for a Senior Research Executive ready to step up to the next level, or a Research Manager looking to broaden their experience in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage end-to-end quantitative research projects (surveys, trackers, segmentation, etc.)
- Develop questionnaires and sampling strategies aligned with client goals
- Oversee fieldwork and ensure data quality and integrity
- Analyse complex datasets using statistical tools and translate findings into clear insights
- Deliver compelling reports and presentations tailored to both technical and non-technical senior clients
- Collaborate with senior team members to create compelling / impactful deliverables
- Be comfortable in front of clients and be part of the client conversations
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in quantitative research
- Experience with survey platforms desirable (e.g., Decipher, Displayr, SPSS etc.)
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights and narratives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Passion for working in the research industry
- Agency experience is desirable
