We are delighted to be representing a luxury brand to recruit a Finance Business Partner into their Global Finance Team. This is a fantastic role, with genuine room for growth within the global team, as well as within the parent Company / group of brands, which is a rare opportunity for someone ready for their next move.

We are looking for a true Business Partner, someone who is curious, collaborative, hands on and can build strong relationships across a variety of stakeholders, in both London & Paris, to drive the business forward. We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp and able to communicate effectively with non-finance stakeholders. The role and the Company value in-person connection, so in office presence is expected 3-4 days per week. Whilst there are key duties that are required in this role, there is a real opportunity for you to shape and develop in the role.

Key Activities
  • Forecasting: Drive regular forecast cycles, support scenario planning and improve accuracy through close stakeholder engagement.
  • Communication: Ability to explain financial concepts and tools to non-financial stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Digital, HR, Retail Education), promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Cost Tracking & Analysis: Build tools, track spend vs. budget, flag variances, and deliver insights for ongoing cost management and strategic reviews.
  • Accountability and Ownership: Be accountable to actual and forecast of the UK entity and its related Business Units. Confident engaging with accounting and other teams to understand issues and prevent variances.
  • Lead the Year End and Forecast Cycle of all Global Functions of the Group, including Marketing, IT, Web, Global Brand and Education, by collaborating closely with Department Heads.
  • Build cost tracking tools and manage spend across multiple global functions (Marketing, Digital, HR, IT, Legal, etc.).
  • Provide detailed monthly reporting, dashboards and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to improve financial visibility and understanding.
  • Lead monthly budget reviews and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner in the creation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
  • Able to support both day-to-day financial control and strategic planning efforts.
Candidate Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent / QBE) with 3+ years post-qualified experience.
  • Strong FP&A or financial controlling background – industry specific experience isn’t required but a keen interest in luxury consumer goods is an advantage.
  • Excellent forecasting, budgeting and modelling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – must be able to teach, challenge, engage and influence.
  • Advanced Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, D365).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Available on short notice would be a strong advantage, but not essential.
  • French speaking is an advantage but not essential.
