Job Description

We have an excellent career opportunity for a Home Care Assistant to join our friendly team at Enliva Homecare in Plymouth.

As our care visits are provided across the local community, driving and having access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.

Pay

Probationary rate:£12.71 per hour

• £12.83 per hour - weekdays
  
• Career progression opportunities with senior roles paying up to £14.42 per hour
  
• 1.5x hourly rate on bank holidays
  
• 45pper mile mileage allowance
  

We have excellent working hours which are:

• Between 7am-2pm (can be flexible with finish time here)
  
• Between4pm-10pm
  
• Between 7am-10pm

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningfulsocial interaction is an important part of your visit.
  
• Helpwith everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework.

• Personalcare - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing,showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent.
