The Role As a Learn to Swim Business Manager, you’ll lead your venue team to deliver an exceptional swimming experience for every child and family.
You’ll be responsible for daily operations, ensuring lessons run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards of quality and service.
You’ll set the tone for excellence by motivating your team, upholding our standards, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do Lead and support your venue team to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons and service.
Maintain exceptional operational standards across safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
Carry out regular quality checks and feedback sessions with instructors and team members.
Manage customer communications, including calls and follow-ups to leads/enquiries.
Monitor venue performance, attendance, and customer feedback, taking action where improvements are needed.
