We Are Stronger Charity is an anti-bullying, anti-violence registered charity, on a mission to create safe environments where every individual can live free from psychological and physical threats. Our vision is a world where everyone - especially children - feels protected, included, empowered, and happy. We are the sole anti-bullying charity in the UK to provide both legal and psychological support free to victims.
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Sponsorship Manager to join our team and help us secure funding for events so that we can inspire, empower and tackle bullying at its roots. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a cause that matters while using your skills to make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and approach organisations that align with our mission and audience, from corporates to trusts and foundations.
- Build genuine relationships with partners to secure sponsorships and donations.
- Develop tailored sponsorship proposals.
- Track outreach, manage sponsor pipelines, and report on funding outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the CEO and team or independently as needed.
This is a commission-based, results-driven role best suited for someone who thrives on autonomy, challenge, and purpose.
What We’re Looking For
- Confident in securing new donors or sponsors while managing existing relationships.
- Organised, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- (Desirable) Background in Business Development roles or similar.
