We are an anti-bullying, anti-violence charity registered in England and Wales and Italy. We are looking for an HR Policy professional with a minimum of 3 years experience to volunteer for our England and Wales branch.

Responsibilities include:
- Creating or reviewing policies
- Providing advice to the CEO, Board, and any other charity stakeholder
- Implementing strategies
- Solid understanding of employment legislation
- Evaluating staff's CPD and performance
What will you be doing? You will help us with charity policies and governance. You'll provide HR advice and support across the organisation, leading on HR projects and striving for continuous improvements in HR practices. This is a standalone role within the organisation with a varied and interesting workload, so you need to be willing and capable of taking ownership and working independently. There are often numerous projects underway at any one time.
