Join to apply for the HR Policy - Volunteer role at We Are Stronger Charity. We are an anti-bullying, anti-violence charity registered in England and Wales and Italy. We are looking for an HR Policy professional with a minimum of 3 years experience to volunteer for our England and Wales branch.

What are we looking for?
- Someone with human resources, employment law, policies and governance experience, willing to dedicate their time to our mission.

Responsibilities:
- Creating or reviewing policies
- Providing advice to the CEO, Board, and any other charity stakeholder
- Implementing strategies
- Solid understanding of employment legislations
- Evaluating staff's CPD and performance
What will you be doing? We are looking for professionals to help us with charity policies and governance. You'll provide HR advice and support across the organisation, leading on HR projects and striving for continuous improvements in HR practices. At present, this is a standalone role within the organisation with a varied and interesting workload, so you'll need to be willing and capable of taking ownership and working independently. As well as the day-to-day work, there are often numerous projects underway at any one time.
