We are a young anti-bullying charity registered in the UK and Italy. As we are expanding very quickly, we are in the process of recruiting experienced HR professionals (volunteers) that allow our organisation to grow in the long term.

What are we looking for?
- Someone with a human resources and recruiting background, willing to dedicate their time to our mission.
- Someone emphatic and easy-going, committed to doing good for the community.
- Ability and passion to increase our retention levels and improve our staff performance.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Capacity to ensure the smooth running of our HR Systems (CRMs, databases, ATS, Reach Volunteering Platform) and Excel spreadsheet.
- Confident speaking in public, conducting interviews and sharing new ideas.
- Knowledge of GDPR principles.
- Supportive attitude and willing to take ownership & leadership.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for professionals to join our HR department to help with the full recruitment cycle. You'll provide HR advice and support across the organisation, leading on HR projects and striving for continuous improvements in HR practices. At present, this is a standalone role within the organisation with a varied and interesting workload, so you'll need to be willing and capable of taking ownership and working independently.
Main duties:
- Screening CVs
- Reaching candidates
- Updating HR Systems and databases
- Conducting interviews
- Must be Excel proficient
- Headhunting
