We are an anti-bullying and anti-violence charity registered in the UK and Italy. We are in the process of recruiting experienced HR professionals (volunteers) that allow our organisation to grow in the long term.

What are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a human resources and recruiting background, willing to dedicate their time to our mission. Someone empathetic and easy-going, committed to doing good for the community, especially with the ability and passion to increase our retention levels and improve our staff performance.
What will you be doing? The HR and Recruitment Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of one of the recruitment functions, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of the recruitment process. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage a team, develop strategies, and enhance employee experience while ensuring compliance with charity policies and legal regulations.

- Maintain and optimise recruitment tools and platforms to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Oversee volunteers' onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated effectively into the charity.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage volunteer relations, addressing issues such as performance and conduct.
- Oversee the performance management process, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
