We are looking for 3 Events and Sponsorship Managers to help us build events and secure funding so that we can inspire, empower and tackle bullying at its roots.

You’ll play a key role in bringing in sponsors and shaping inclusive, engaging events that support our mission. From wellness workshops to awareness campaigns, your work will help us grow our reach and positively impact those in need.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in securing new donors or sponsors while managing existing relationships.
  • Able to plan in-person or virtual events.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • (Desirable) Awareness of basic safeguarding or legal considerations for events.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify partners to secure sponsorships and donations.
  • Plan and coordinate events (e.g., fundraisers, campaigns, workshops).
  • Manage logistics timelines, budgets, volunteers, and follow-up.
  • Work with the comms team to promote events.
  • Help create safeguarding and accessibility protocols for safe, inclusive experiences.

Commitment

We know your time is valuable, and volunteering needs to work alongside your other commitments - here’s what the role looks like in practice:

  • Time: Around 3 hours a week on average; more during event periods.
  • Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional in-person events in London.
  • Support: Full onboarding, regular check-ins, and a supportive, well-established team.
