We are looking for 3 Events and Sponsorship Managers to help us build events and secure funding so that we can inspire, empower and tackle bullying at its roots.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in securing new donors or sponsors while managing existing relationships.
- Able to plan in-person or virtual events.
- Organised, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
- (Desirable) Awareness of basic safeguarding or legal considerations for events.
What You’ll Do
- Identify partners to secure sponsorships and donations.
- Plan and coordinate events (e.g., fundraisers, campaigns, workshops).
- Manage logistics timelines, budgets, volunteers, and follow-up.
- Work with the comms team to promote events.
- Help create safeguarding and accessibility protocols for safe, inclusive experiences.
Commitment
We know your time is valuable, and volunteering needs to work alongside your other commitments - here’s what the role looks like in practice:
- Time: Around 3 hours a week on average; more during event periods.
- Location: Remote (UK-based), with occasional in-person events in London.
- Support: Full onboarding, regular check-ins, and a supportive, well-established team.
