We are a young anti-bullying charity registered in the UK and Italy. As we are expanding very quickly, we are recruiting experienced HR professionals (volunteers) to help our organisation grow in the long term.

What are we looking for?
- Human resources and recruiting background, willing to dedicate time to our mission.
- Someone emphatic and easy-going, committed to doing good for the community.
- Passion and ability to increase our retention levels and improve staff performance.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Capacity to ensure the smooth running of our HR systems (CRMs, databases, ATS, Reach Volunteering Platform) and excel spreadsheets.
- Confident speaking in public, conducting interviews and sharing new ideas.
- Knowledge of GDPR principles.
- Supportive attitude and willingness to take ownership & leadership.
What will you be doing?
We are looking for professionals to join our HR department to help with the full recruitment cycle. You will provide HR advice and support across the organisation, lead on HR projects and strive for continuous improvements in HR practices. At present, this is a standalone role within the organisation with a varied and interesting workload, so you'll need to be willing and capable of taking ownership and working independently.
Main duties:
- Screening CVs
- Reaching candidates
- Updating HR systems and databases
