The Opportunity

Do you live and breathe social? Are you obsessed with understanding and executing on the social‑craft that gets dm‑worthy videos ranked on the algorithm? Do you want to create award‑winning social‑first creative content for iconic brands? This is a hands‑on, technical role for a hybrid Social Editor and Motion Designer who excels at the art of the social remix. You are someone who goes beyond standard cut‑downs to craft playful, visually‑arresting content ranging from lo‑fi to premium, mindful of platform‑native hacking. You will take full ownership of this discipline and daily execution, transforming assets into unexpected, hook‑driven stories that define the level of our social‑first output.

  • Confidence using AI‑powered tools to enhance creative development, asset production and workflow efficiency.
  • A maker mindset, with the ability to develop ideas from scratch or unlock opportunities from existing footage while remaining aligned to brand strategy.
  • Experience mentoring and upskilling cross‑functional teams, fostering excellence in social‑first creative thinking and remix culture.
  • A passion for introducing new processes and ways of working that strengthen collaboration and contribute to a positive team culture.
