Are you a brief cracking, highly strategic, social-first conceptual thinker who comes up with original campaign & content ideas? We're looking for a highly conceptual social-first creative who is passionate about making interesting and genuinely entertaining social campaigns and content for a wide range of brands, and who loves the creative challenge of helping less "interest‑graph" brands show up in more interesting, unexpected and creative ways on social and beyond. You will be so conceptually creative and original in your thinking that you won't be expected to create content yourself. Your focus will be crafting brief‑cracking concepts in compelling decks, pitching proactive fame‑driving social ideas worth talking about, devising programs of creative content, crafting social content series, innovating IRL x social activations and orchestrating integrated social-first campaigns. You'll have extensive art direction and executional oversight experience to expertly shepherd ideas through production by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of social media managers, content creators, directors and producers.

What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere

  • Delivered an extensive portfolio of social-first creative campaigns and content for well‑known brands.
  • Maintained a deep creative curiosity and stayed tapped into how brands used social media in creative, unexpected, and attention‑driving ways.
  • Balanced strategic thinking with conceptual creativity to quickly identify what was right for a brand.
  • Utilised a strong art directional eye and applied on‑point cultural and visual references from internet culture and beyond.
  • Independently owned, crafted, and presented decks that won over senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Cracked complex social advertising briefs while simultaneously developing simply executed yet highly novel, native social content ideas.
  • Shepherded complex projects with multiple deliverables through to completion while protecting the core creative idea.

What Else Are We Looking For

  • You’re a leader and inspire and mentor more junior creatives around you.
  • You are able to work on your own with light oversight while also being a strong team player when working together.
  • You receive feedback and direction well and adapt quickly with resilience when things change.
  • You’re hungry to make famous, award winning creative work that always feels native for social.
