The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Content Creator (Sports) to join our team, creating award-winning, social-first content for some of the world’s most recognised sports brands.
You’ll be passionate about sport, especially football culture and have an extensive proven portfolio of social-first work for top brands in sport spaces.
You’ll have proven experience earning a place in audiences\' minds by building brand presence at the speed of social.
This is an end-to-end creative role: you will ideate, shoot, and edit entertaining, attention-grabbing content, with a deep passion for sports, especially football culture.
You’ll also be briefed to support the wider team in developing creative platforms and social-first campaigns with additional content ideas that extend big ideas beyond campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who is self-initiating, passionate and excited to own the output of social accounts from Tik Tok to Instagram with proactive ideas and content creation.
- What You’ll Have Delivered Elsewhere
- Previously worked as a senior content creator within the sports space, turning images into memes, developing repeatable formats, filming Tik Toks, capturing BTS, jumping on trends and managing communities.
- A portfolio of on-brand, on-brief, self-shot and self-edited original social video content.
- Experience scripting social-first content and writing relatable, attention-grabbing hooks.
- Comfortable working with minimal oversight to develop original, unexpected, on-brief ideas, present them in client-facing decks, and execute them independently.
- Collaborated with design, content and creative teams; identified content opportunities and supported others to upskill.
- Proficient in social editing tools (e. g. Cap Cut) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator).
- Captured, edited and delivered daily social content using a mobile.
- Ideated trend-led content that delivered results for brands.
- Confident writing and presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Used community management insights to turn online culture into ideas and branded content.
- What Else Are We Looking For
- Able to generate a high volume of simple but original content ideas at pace, and quickly bring the strongest to life with strong social video craft.
- A deep understanding of, passion for and curiosity about fast-moving, creator-led and brand-led social.
- Highly attuned to contemporary social content strategy, formats and trends, with a strong grasp of how to maximise platform features.
- Proactive in using community management creatively, turning comments into briefs.
- A clear creative vision for day-to-day content across brand accounts.
- Comfortable developing ideas that align with a brand’s social media strategy, presenting them in decks where needed, and creating the content.
- Takes full accountability for results and deliverables.
- Solution-focused, with confidence in articulating ideas and approaches.
