Obsessed with gaming culture, social trends and the conversations shaping online communities? Love turning complex data and social insights into clear, actionable recommendations? Curious, detail-oriented and excited by the idea of working across some of the agency’s biggest clients?

We’re looking for a Research & Insights Executive to join our team, playing a key role in delivering the social media analysis and research that helps shape the strategic direction of the agency. Working across two of our largest clients, you’ll sit at the heart of the team, turning data and social insights into clear, actionable recommendations.

Our Research & Insights team delivers high-quality work across data, effectiveness and social intelligence. In this role, you’ll focus on data manipulation, visualisation and content analysis, uncovering meaningful insights that inform strategies across both owned and earned social channels. A strong understanding of the gaming industry and gaming culture is essential, alongside a genuine passion for social media, emerging trends and digital communities.

As a Research & Insights Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of reports alongside fellow Executives and under the guidance of a Director. It’s an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in We Are Social’s tools, methodologies and reporting style, while collaborating closely with teams across the agency.

You’ll work with large data sets on a daily basis, so strong attention to detail and accuracy are essential. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly organised, and enthusiastic about the social and gaming landscape, with a keen eye for emerging trends, conversations and best practice.
