Are you passionate about building strong relationships with influencers? Do you thrive in a dynamic, creative environment where you can manage end-to-end influencer campaigns? Are you looking to work with global clients and a talented team in a fast-growing social agency? We are looking for an Influencer Manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for leading influencer relationship management, from identification to outreach, management and payment processing. You will manage influencer projects from the insights stage through to the implementation and final reporting stages. You will nurture and grow influencer and talent agency relationships, acting as the main point of contact. You will help spearhead the influencer offering within WAS, being a thought leader and go-to expert in this space.
Requirements
- Managed influencer relationships end-to-end, from outreach to payment processing, reducing payment delays.
- Led influencer projects from insights to implementation and reporting, delivering successful campaigns with budgets between £30k-£300k.
- Executed influencer campaigns with data-driven insights, increasing engagement rates.
- Coordinated influencer payment terms and schedules with finance, ensuring 100% on-time payments.
- Collaborated cross-functionally with Research & Insights, Cultural Insights, Strategy, Creative, Editorial, and CS teams, driving improvement in campaign efficiency.
- Delivered end-to-end influencer campaigns with a 90% success rate, as measured by engagement and ROI benchmarks.
What Else Are We Looking For?
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Facebook, Twitch, Snapchat, LinkedIn).
- Agency experience within influencer, PR, creative, digital partnerships, or project management.
- Client management experience, including working with global and local UK clients.
- Existing relationships and a personal network of contacts within the influencer industry.
- Experience with influencers, social insights, and listening tools is a plus.
- Understanding and ability to exploit social and influencer trends.
- Negotiating experience.
- Relationship builder with strong communication and attention to detail.
