The Opportunity: We are looking for a newly created Head of Influencer Marketing, EMEA to lead and elevate our offering across the region. This is a significant opportunity for a strategic and operationally strong leader to enhance We Are Social’s approach to the dynamic influencer and creator economy. The successful candidate will oversee our multi-market creator programs, develop robust measurement and effectiveness frameworks, and champion the smart integration of AI and data-driven tools to advance our influencer discipline. This high-impact role requires a proven background in establishing and scaling always-on global creator programmes, effectively managing complex cross-market teams, and serving as a trusted strategic advisor to major brands.

Requirements: What Will You Have Delivered Elsewhere:

  • Led, defined and evolved the way an agency has sold and delivered influencer marketing and creator partnerships.
  • Built best-in-class processes, tooling, and operating models and worked with the other global markets to implement each of these with local senior sponsorship.
  • Acted as a senior thought leader on creators, platforms, talent, measurement and the future of influence.
  • Architect and oversaw global and multi-market always-on creator programmes for our major clients where required, and proposed ways to enhance what we are already doing in markets where appropriate.
  • Ensured consistent quality and strategic alignment across local teams while tailoring to market nuances.
  • Innovated in creator collaboration models, formats, content frameworks and long-term partnerships.
  • Built standardised frameworks for attribution, sentiment analysis, content performance, and creator selection.
  • Championed the use of AI tools, including creator discovery, predictive analytics, content evaluation, brand safety and workflow automation specific to IM.
  • Spearheaded the integration of performance-driven influencer marketing in multiple markets (e.g., affiliate, trackable KPIs) across client briefs.
  • Drove a rigorous approach to performance measurement, ROI modelling, and effectiveness.
  • Partnered with strategy, creative, media and influencer teams to embed creators into integrated brand thinking.
  • Directed and suggested thought leadership in this area to elevate the position of the agency within IM and creator marketing.
  • Oversaw budget forecasting, pricing models, commercial frameworks and profitability.

What Else Are We Looking For?

  • Built regional/global teams to create a cohesive and collaborative department.
  • Built and maintained relationships with creator agencies, talent management groups and platform partners.
  • Proven experience running global or multi-market creator programmes for major consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of European cultural nuance and market differences.
  • Deep knowledge of creator talent ecosystems across platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, etc).
  • Strong connections with each of the talent agencies, platforms and measurement platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in measurement frameworks, performance analytics, and ROI methodology.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI-driven influencer tools (creator discovery, rights management, fraud detection, predictive scoring, etc).
  • Strong leadership skills: able to inspire, structure, and scale teams across offices.
  • Led high-level presentations, annual planning, POVs and global governance structures.
