We are hiring an additional 3 junior recruiters to work in our Southend office for our We Are Legal Revolution brand, supplying recruiting services to Legal and Accounting firms in the US.
We pay more than anyone else locally, we provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, we work harder and longer hours than the industry average.
- OTE: 200k+
- Starting salary: 45k - 55k
- Ownership of territories: Atlanta, Miami, Boston and Washington DC
- Daily training
- Sophisticated customer base: some of the top Lawyers in the world!
- Candidate leads: 100+ per week
- Client leads: 20+ a week
- Live clients: 500
- Commission: 17.5% - flat rate
- Top recruiters: bill in excess of 100k a month
- Support team: 15 strong
- Total company size: 25+
- Warm market: to work in
Things that will put candidates who are not suitable for our environment off:
- We work very long hours to cover USA hours 10:00 - 20:30 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday.
- We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day.
- We have a process that works, which has to be followed.
- This is a full on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on.
