We are hiring an additional senior recruiter to work in our Southend office for our We Are Legal Revolution brand, supplying recruiting services to Legal firms in the US.
We pay more than anyone else locally, we provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, we work harder and longer hours than the industry average.
- OTE: 200k+
- Starting salary: 40k - 60k
- Daily training

- Candidate leads: 100+ per week
- Client leads: 20+ a week
- Live clients: 500
- Dedicated BDM team
- Commission: 15% flat rate

Things that will put candidates who are not suitable for our environment off:
- We work very long hours to cover USA hours 10:00 - 20:30 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday.
- We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day.
- We have a process that works, which has to be followed.
- This is a full on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on.
