Recruitment Consultant – 100% Remote 35 – 40k base – 120k OTE

Base pay range
We are hiring an additional Recruiter to work 100% remotely (live anywhere in the UK) for our We Are Revolution brand, delivering placements to elite US firms in legal, accounting, and tech from wherever you are.
We provide a huge amount of leads, our billings are up there with the highest in the industry, and we work harder and longer hours than the industry average.

- £30k – £40k base salary depending on experience

- 100+ candidate leads per week
- 20+ client leads a week
- 500+ live clients
- Dedicated BDM team
- 10% flat-rate commission (fully remote), 15% in office
- Top recruiters bill in excess of £100k a month
- 15 strong support team
- Total company size 25+
- Warm market to work in, with over 10,000 calls/week across the team
What to expect
- We work very long hours to cover USA hours: 10:00 – 20:15 Monday to Thursday and reduced hours on a Friday
- We make a lot of calls, hundreds a day
- We have a process that works, which has to be followed
- This is a full-on position that has great earning potential but requires you to be always on, even remotely
