Personal Assistant to Director / Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 per annum + Quarterly Performance Bonus About Us: We are a dynamic and fast-paced group of companies with a focus on high-level recruitment, property management, and real estate investment. Our recruitment operations specialize in placing top-tier professionals such as attorneys, accountants, and data scientists, with fees ranging from $25k to $100k per placement. Simultaneously, we manage a diverse property portfolio that includes Airbnb rentals, buy-to-let properties, and an serviced office. As PA, you will equally be the driving force behind our recruitment and property management activities. You will be involved in every aspect of the business, from placing high-caliber professionals to buying, selling, and managing properties. This role demands someone who is always on and ready to respond to the needs of the business, even outside of standard working hours. While your official hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday, the nature of this role means you must be prepared to handle tasks and challenges as they arise, regardless of the time including weekends. Be available and responsive to the needs of the business, even outside of official working hours, to ensure the smooth operation of all aspects of the company.
