We are a high-performance recruitment company specialising in placing elite legal, finance, and data professionals across the United States – with placement fees ranging from $25,000 to $100,000. With revenues at $4M+ prorate, our mission is to scale to $10M+ over the next two years. The foundations are there – strong brand, proven delivery team, quality clients – but we now need a Number 2 to the Founder who can help us operationalise, hire, and build.

Your Mission
To lead the execution of our growth strategy, turning big ideas into scalable systems, hiring the right people, and ensuring the company runs like a machine. You’ll give the Founder the freedom to focus on sales and leadership – while you handle everything else.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Operations & Systems
- Build, improve, and lead business processes and internal systems.
- Create structure and visibility across performance, delivery, and pipeline.
- Drive efficiency through automation, SOPs, and clear accountability.
- Manage basic accounts oversight and reporting with external accountants.
- Internal Hiring & Team Building
- Own the internal recruitment process – hiring recruiters, support staff, and offshore talent.
- Build onboarding, training, and performance systems.
- Ensure every hire supports our growth plan and culture.
- Execution & Project Ownership
- Translate strategic goals into action plans and outcomes.
- Lead and manage company-wide projects with urgency and discipline.
- Own KPIs, track progress, and drive momentum week to week.
- Right Hand to the Director
- Act as a trusted operator and gatekeeper.
- Proactively solve problems, spot bottlenecks, and course-correct.
- Be someone the Director can rely on completely.
