We are hiring an additional 3 junior recruiters to work in our Southend office for our We Are Legal Revolution brand, supplying recruiting services to Legal and Accounting firms in the US.

We pay more than anyone else locally, provide a large number of leads, and our billings are among the highest in the industry. We work harder and longer hours than the industry average.

  • OTE: 200k+
  • Daily training
  • Sophisticated customer base: including top lawyers worldwide
  • Candidate leads: 100+ per week
  • Client leads: 20+ per week
  • Live clients: 500+
  • Commission: 15% flat rate
  • Top recruiters: billing over 100k/month
  • Support team: 15

  • Warm market: to work in

Candidate requirements and environment:

  • Long working hours to cover USA hours (10:00 - 20:30, Mon-Thu, shorter on Friday)
  • High call volume, hundreds daily
  • Adherence to established processes
