About the role - Signage Production Manager We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded signage business in Australia. You'll be taking full ownership of how the factory runs day-to-day: output, quality, and the people in it. You'll be sequencing jobs, managing a production team, and making sure quality, safety, and efficiency standards hold up across a busy signage manufacturing environment. What you'll be doing as the Production Manager Signage - Owning the production and installation schedule end to end, sequencing jobs against deadlines and resolving issues before they hit delivery - Leading the wider production and installation team - Providing technical oversight across fabrication, print, assembly and installation - Owning quality control and rework reduction - Managing recruitment, rostering, performance and conduct across the factory floor - Driving continuous improvement in workflow, layout and equipment use - Overseeing the business's safety program - Reporting to senior management on output, schedule adherence, rework rates and efficiency What we're looking for the Signage Production Manager - Proven experience managing a factory or production floor, ideally in signage - Solid grounding in production scheduling and lean manufacturing principles - Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes - A track record of improving quality and reducing rework - Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities - Strong people leadership, including performance management and coaching Package Generous package.
