Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join a leading fragrance and contract manufacturing company. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the fragrance industry to drive business growth by securing new retail partnerships while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, expanding the company’s footprint in the market.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring continued success and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to create tailored solutions for clients.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to enhance brand presence and networking opportunities.
You are:
- Proven experience in sales within the fragrance or contract manufacturing industry.
- A strong network of contacts in the retail sector is highly desirable.
- Track record of successfully acquiring new business and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
