Overview: This brand is a rapidly growing wellness & skincare business who have seen huge growth recently, you would have definitely seen them ALL over Socials! Their key focus is around natural, clinically proven and organic ingredients – the results speak for themselves!
Responsibilities:
- Producing eye catching videos and ads on TikTok, uplifting engagement and followers, film and edit TikTok content on a daily basis to a high standard.
- Host and participate in engaging TikTok Live sessions, showcasing products, answering questions, and fostering interaction with the audience.
- Engage and interact with viewers during Live sessions to foster community, build relationships, and answer customer questions in real-time.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of TikTok ad campaigns, collaborating with the Paid Media team to align organic and paid content.
- Oversee daily operations of our TikTok Shop, including listing products, managing inventory, updating pricing, and handling customer inquiries.
- Ensure a seamless shopping experience by regularly auditing listings, descriptions, and visuals for accuracy, quality, and optimization.
- Monitor and manage order fulfillment processes, working with internal teams to ensure prompt shipping and high customer satisfaction.
You are:
- Background in social media, marketing, or digital content creation.
- Experience within a similar personal care / beauty brand desired.
- Basic TikTok ad management and analytics tools.
