We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead integrated, 360-degree brand campaigns and turn high-level strategy into clear, executable day-to-day plans. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the Brand Marketing Director, responsible for driving brand awareness, managing agency partnerships, and serving as the absolute guardian of the brand's tone of voice and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in scaling the brand's reach by translating consumer insights into powerful marketing actions, cultural moments, and collaborative partnerships. Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy & Campaign Delivery: Lead integrated brand campaigns end-to-end, briefing creative, coordinating across channels, and owning full 360 delivery. Run the day-to-day brand roadmap alongside the Brand Marketing Director, turning overarching strategies into clear execution plans and timelines. Drive overall brand awareness by working closely with growth and creative teams to shape content ideas, angles, and partnerships.
- Agency & Partner Management: Own the day-to-day relationship with the external PR agency, briefing them on business priorities and ensuring all output ladders up to the wider brand strategy. Source and manage strategic partnerships that actively extend brand reach and build commercial credibility.
- Brand Guardianship & Compliance: Act as the ultimate brand guardian across every team and channel, keeping tone of voice and messaging consistent. Ensure strict UK regulatory compliance across all marketing channels and copy.
- Customer Insight & Campaign Activation: Own the customer insight cadence with Customer Experience (CX) and Community teams, turning direct feedback into actionable marketing briefs and customer journey improvements. Identify key cultural moments, wellness milestones, seasonal hooks, and industry events to build creative activation plans around them.
- Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within a DTC, wellness, health, or challenger consumer brand environment.
- Project Management: Proven track record as a strong project manager capable of successfully running multiple complex projects in parallel.
- Fluency: Comfortable with data—ability to read dashboards, spot the narrative within the numbers, and build data-backed cases for marketing investment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Experience working within regulated categories or managing specialised/scientific content is highly advantageous.
- Requirements: Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, spending 2–3 days a week in the London office.
- Customer Obsessed: Someone who genuinely understands the consumer, deeply engages with feedback and communities, and effortlessly translates insights into action.
