We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Client in the Beauty / Wellness space. This role is pivotal in ensuring exceptional service to our clients across the UK and EU, managing customer orders, overseeing the sales support process, and executing a range of administrative duties.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from order entry to dispatch.
  • Monitor and track sales orders, follow up on outstanding items, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records and databases.
  • Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of improved customer service procedures.
  • Liaise with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.
  • Address complaints and service issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:
