We’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead, inspire, and grow a high-performing team across approximately 15 retail locations. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving sales performance, developing talent, and building strong relationships with retail partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyse, and drive retail sales performance across your area
- Set and track targets in partnership with Account Managers
- Maximise opportunities for new product launches and growth
Team Development
- Coach and mentor a team of Account Managers and Beauty Consultants
- Identify training needs and support development plans
- Conduct regular store visits with clear, measurable objectives
Retail & Partner Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners
- Work collaboratively to ensure alignment on goals and best practices
New Store Openings
- Lead the recruitment, training, and launch of new store teams
- Ensure timelines and key processes are followed for a successful opening
- Lead quarterly team meetings to roll out new initiatives and share best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on business goals
Budget Oversight
- Manage area spend in line with budget expectations
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of commercial retail experience
- Proven track record in people management
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Solid planning, organisational, and analytical capabilities
- Confident using Excel and general IT tools
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
