About the Role:

We are partnering with a fast-growing, purpose-driven beauty and wellness platform that operates a portfolio of both iconic and emerging brands. This company is scaling rapidly across skincare, makeup and wellness categories, and is known for its commitment to clean formulations, inclusivity and sustainable innovation. They are seeking an NPD Project Manager to join their team based in London. You will play a key role in bringing new product ideas to life, managing projects from concept through launch across multiple brands in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full product lifecycle from early ideation through commercialisation, ensuring technical feasibility, consumer relevance and brand alignment.
  • Translate insights into action by turning market trends, competitive analysis and customer feedback into clear product requirements and innovation strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional execution by aligning R&D, Design, Operations, Regulatory, Marketing and Finance around shared goals, timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans with clear milestones, critical paths and proactive risk mitigation to deliver on time and within scope.
  • Lead supplier strategy by identifying, evaluating and managing global manufacturing partners, negotiating cost, quality, lead times and embedding sustainable practices.
  • Champion innovation and sustainability, integrating forward-thinking materials, packaging and technologies that enhance product differentiation and consumer experience.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify whitespace opportunities and inform product pipeline development.
  • Oversee documentation and compliance, maintaining accurate records for product specs, testing protocols, approvals and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate key decision-making moments by leading milestone meetings (kick-off, formulation lock, packaging review, readiness checks) with clarity and accountability.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in project management or NPD within the beauty, personal care or CPG industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product development processes (formulation, packaging, regulatory, manufacturing).
  • Proven success managing multiple complex launches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with clean, sustainable, or mission-driven brands is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
