We Are Refyne have an exciting opportunity for a New Product Developer within the Beauty & Cosmetics Space, working with a renowned, well-established business based North of the UK.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire product journey from concept to shelf, making sure deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met.
  • Ensure all products meet regulatory and safety requirements for target markets.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth NPD process.
  • Partner with manufacturers and raw material suppliers to ensure ingredient quality, stability, and performance.
  • Oversee formula testing, tweaking, and perfecting.
  • Manage, lead and oversee a small team of developers and formulators.

You are:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end cosmetic product development.
  • Have worked with materials and suppliers.
  • Managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Worked cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, packaging and regulatory teams.
  • Familiar with FDA, EU, and global cosmetic regulations.
