We Are Refyne have an exciting opportunity for a New Product Developer within the Beauty & Cosmetics Space, working with a renowned, well-established business based North of the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product journey from concept to shelf, making sure deadlines, budgets, and expectations are met.
- Ensure all products meet regulatory and safety requirements for target markets.
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth NPD process.
- Partner with manufacturers and raw material suppliers to ensure ingredient quality, stability, and performance.
- Oversee formula testing, tweaking, and perfecting.
- Manage, lead and oversee a small team of developers and formulators.
You are:
- Proven experience in end-to-end cosmetic product development.
- Have worked with materials and suppliers.
- Managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Worked cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, packaging and regulatory teams.
- Familiar with FDA, EU, and global cosmetic regulations.
