Overview
We are seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise the brand's paid media strategy across multiple channels and international markets. Reporting into the Performance Marketing function, this newly created role will take ownership of Paid Social activity across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, while also overseeing PPC, Affiliate, and Display channels to ensure a cohesive and high-performing paid media ecosystem. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical expertise with creative thinking, driving customer acquisition, campaign performance, and international growth through best-in-class paid media execution. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage all Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, including audience targeting, budget allocation, creative implementation, optimisation, and performance analysis.
- Develop and execute strategies to scale customer acquisition across key international territories, with a particular focus on accelerating growth within the US market.
- Oversee PPC (Paid Search), Affiliate, and Display activity, ensuring alignment with broader acquisition and performance objectives.
- Continuously monitor campaign, audience, and creative performance to identify optimisation opportunities and drive incremental growth.
- Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment.
Reporting & Analysis
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports, providing clear insights, recommendations, and strategic direction to stakeholders.
- Monitor performance against KPIs and acquisition targets, proactively identifying opportunities and challenges.
- Support forecasting, budget planning, and performance modelling across paid media channels.
Creative & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative teams to develop innovative and high-performing paid social concepts, assets, and messaging.
- Collaborate with wider Marketing teams to ensure consistency of campaign messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Identify winning creative themes, formats, and messaging approaches across different markets and customer segments.
Innovation & Market Insight
- Stay informed on emerging paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Proactively test new channels, targeting methodologies, creative formats, and optimisation strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the company's paid media strategy and performance marketing capabilities.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years' experience within Paid Media or Paid Social roles, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods, or high-growth e-commerce brands.
- Proven experience managing and scaling Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- Experience overseeing paid acquisition budgets and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Working knowledge of PPC (Paid Search), Affiliate Marketing, and Display Advertising channels.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience using platform reporting tools and performance marketing analytics.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, attribution, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation.
