They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to play a key role in driving performance, customer acquisition, and online growth.
Responsibilities:- Own and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and other digital channels to drive traffic, sales and customer acquisition.
- Manage daily budget pacing and performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute A/B testing across ad creatives, landing pages and messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and market testing to inform strategy and targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy and brief creative assets aligned to brand tone and target audience.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve conversion and user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with wider business objectives and product strategy.
- Manage external CRM support, ensuring email flows, campaign cadence and lifecycle marketing activity drive retention and CLTV.
- Support the development and optimisation of loyalty initiatives.
- Track and analyse performance across GA4, Shopify and ad platforms, delivering regular insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate tracking and attribution across campaigns using UTM parameters and pixels.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and emerging best practices.
- Experienced in digital or performance marketing, ideally within DTC e-commerce or personal care.
- Hands-on with paid media platforms including Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
- Analytical and data-driven, with a strong test-and-learn mindset.
- Knowledgeable in CRM, email marketing and customer lifecycle strategies (Klaviyo experience is a plus).
- A strong communicator with the ability to create engaging copy tailored to a male consumer audience.
- Commercially aware, with a clear understanding of customer acquisition and online growth levers.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious and eager to learn within a high-growth, entrepreneurial brand.
