Overview

We are seeking a Business Counter Manager to lead retail performance and client experience within a prestigious luxury retail environment. This role combines commercial leadership, luxury service, and team development, ensuring the counter operates as a high-performing retail destination. The successful candidate will act as the face of the brand in-store, building meaningful client relationships, driving sales performance, and maintaining exceptional visual and service standards. Key Responsibilities
