We Are Refyne are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing beauty brand who are making serious waves across the UK and international markets. With a strong presence across digital, retail and social channels, this brand is continuing to scale and evolve at pace. They are now seeking a Brand Manager to join the team and take ownership of delivering a cohesive, 360 brand experience across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end brand campaigns across multiple channels including social, retail, digital and OOH.
- Ensure consistent and elevated brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, product, sales and external agencies.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Translate brand strategy into impactful activations across online and offline channels.
- Oversee content direction to ensure alignment with brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Collaborate with retail partners to enhance in-store brand presence and visibility.
- Support the development and execution of social-first campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer insights to inform brand decisions.
- Track and analyse campaign performance, using insights to optimise future activity.
- Manage timelines, budgets and project delivery across multiple workstreams.
- Drive brand growth by identifying new opportunities across channels and markets.
