Job Description Title: International Brand Manager Package : Up to £50,000 + Bonus + Remote First / Hybrid working in London and amazing benefits / perks! Overview : Ending the year strong working with one of our favourite clients in the Beauty space. This brand is a well-established business who has been in the game for decades! With a number of well-known brands under their belt, they are going from strength to strength! Responsibilities : Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure alignment with brand objectives. Serve as the primary Marketing point of contact for distributors, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing support. Develop and implement marketing strategies to optimize brand reach and performance. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate brand positioning and key messaging to distributors. Ensure that distributors comply with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand image across all touchpoints. Monitor distributor marketing efforts to ensure they align with the brand’s strategy and standards.
