Title: Integrated Marketing Manager

Overview: Our client is seeking a dynamic and creative Integrated Marketing Manager to join their growing team across two high-growth categories: beauty tools/accessories and suncare. In this role, you\’ll be the strategic and operational lead responsible for bringing 360 marketing campaigns to life, working end- to-end across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief and collaborate with social and influencer teams to drive earned, owned, and paid media strategies in line with brand positioning.
- Support in the creation of content optimised for performance across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Liaise with external creative, PR, media, and experiential agencies to ensure campaigns are aligned and effectively executed.
- Lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated TTL marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, retail, influencer, and experiential.
- Translate brand strategy and product stories into compelling, channel-specific creative that connects with core and emerging audiences.
- Work alongside Management to stay within campaign timelines, budgets, and agency/vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Lead the planning and execution of all brand led events, whether consumer, influencer or retail facing, ensuring our brands stand out in the best possible way.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within beauty, personal care, or lifestyle space.
- Proven experience delivering successful 360 campaigns across TTL channels.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Prior affiliations with content creators and PR agencies.
- Experience with budget management.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
