We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing aesthetics and skincare business. This role is field-based within the Essex territory, focused on driving sales growth, strengthening key relationships, and executing local marketing initiatives across a high-value customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Direct selling of core aesthetic and skincare product ranges within your assigned territory.
- Manage and grow relationships with Aesthetic Nurses, Cosmetic Doctors, Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, Aestheticians, doctor-led practices, skincare clinicians and other key decision-makers.
- Execute the local marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand presence and consistent messaging in-clinic.
- Create territory-specific sales and marketing plans, delivering engaging sales presentations to both existing and prospective customers.
- Plan and organise daily activity to ensure regular, consistent territory coverage, achieving a minimum of four customer calls per day.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop a robust sales pipeline, and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Support and attend customer events, launches and training sessions, ensuring products are effectively merchandised and promoted in clinic.
- Work closely with internal teams to contribute to high-performance selling teams and maximise territory coverage.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, territory data, forecasting and reporting.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory, compliance and reporting requirements at all times.
You Are:
- 2–3 years’ experience in skincare, aesthetics or medical sales (essential).
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence clinical decision-makers.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing a field-based territory.
- Confident presenter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
