Overview: Extremely excited to be partnered with a Skincare brand who are absolute experts in their field. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and market share, including annual calendar of events, educational activities and support for sales team.
- Work closely with Head of Sales and Executive director to set and track sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Work closely with the supplier and act as main point of contact.
- Work closely with our faculty and develop strong relationships with them as well as leading expert groups to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to increase recognition of the brand.
- Develop communication plan and promotional materials for both HCPs and Patients to deliver the brand message, including working closely with external agencies and partners.
- Develop and lead the brand strategy for educational programs to drive strong engagement with HCPs, both directly or through external training academies.
- Continuously evaluate the training's and educational activities impact and quality, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Work closely with corporate accounts, including pharmacy resellers and clinic chains ensuring successful execution of the brand.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations.
You Are:
- Strong Experience within Aesthetics industry.
- Demonstrated background developing strategy and growth and implement it effectively.
- Demonstratable ability creating materials and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Experience working with external agencies.
- Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders' interests and concerns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness.
- Passionate about Aesthetics industry and skin health.
