Our client is a close-knit construction consultancy that provides professional support to clients across the built environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues, receive hands-on support and have the opportunity to play an important role in the continued growth of their Building Regulations Principal Designer service.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of the Building Regulations Principal Designer role under the Building Safety Act, working closely with clients, design teams, contractors and wider project stakeholders to ensure building regulations compliance is considered, coordinated and managed throughout the design and construction process.
The Role As Building Regulations Principal Designer, you will be involved in:
- Delivering Building Regulations Principal Designer duties across a range of construction projects.
- Supporting clients in understanding their duties under the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
- Reviewing design information for compliance with relevant Building Regulations requirements.
- Working closely with architects, designers, consultants, contractors and clients to coordinate building regulations compliance.
- Attending design team meetings and providing technical advice.
