Are you a Registered Architect looking to deliver Building Regulations Principal Designer (BRPD) services? Would you like to remain involved in design work while developing your expertise in the Building Safety Act 2022?

We are working with an independent compliance consultancy operating across the South of England, currently seeking a newly qualified Architect to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to combine hands-on design responsibilities with the delivery of BRPD services, working across a diverse portfolio within the built environment.

Based in Plymouth, the business delivers projects across sectors including residential, healthcare, MOD, heritage, and managed estates. This role has been created in response to industry changes driven by the Building Safety Act, with a focus on integrating building safety and compliance services across the wider business and supporting clients through evolving regulatory requirements.

This position would suit an Architect with around 1+ years post-qualification experience, who is looking to broaden their skillset within compliance and building safety. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
