We Recruit Group is supporting a fast-growing construction contractor in the appointment of an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join the business and take ownership of its safety department. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly competent construction safety professional who wants to step into a visible, influential role within a growing contractor.

The business has been trading for two years and has already reached a turnover of £9m, with a team of 10 office-based staff and around 70 subcontractors active across live sites. The company delivers industrial/ warehousing and office fit-out projects across the Midlands, North West and down the M1 corridor into London.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a capable Health & Safety Manager who can bring structure, consistency and leadership to the safety department as the business continues to scale.

The Role: As Health & Safety Manager, you will take responsibility for driving health and safety standards across the business.
