You will be very new business-focused, ideal for someone who loves being out in the community networking, conducting valuations, and building the kind of local presence that wins instructions. What we're looking for:
- A confident, self-motivated Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator from a property background
- Someone who genuinely enjoys new business development and relationship-building
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple sales through to completion
- A natural networker who's comfortable being the face of the business locally
